I offer friendly help with phones, tablets and iPads, laptops and computers, accounts, TVs and streaming, photos and files, websites, smart watches, smart home devices and accessories. Whether you’re setting something up, transferring photos, working through an issue or learning how to use your devices, I’ll guide you through it at your pace.
Focused on setup, guidance and everyday troubleshooting. Physical device repairs aren’t part of this service.

Good questions.
Do I need to know what’s wrong?
No. If you can share what you see or what you’re trying to do, that’s enough to start. Before booking a visit, I’ll discuss the issue with you and check whether I can help. If it’s a good fit, I’ll confirm an appointment with you.
Can I book help for a parent or family member?
Yes. I can arrange a visit for them, with their agreement. They stay in control of their devices, accounts and what they want help with.
What if I just want to learn?
That’s welcome too. I can guide you through a specific task, answer a list of questions, or help you get more comfortable with your device.
Do you repair broken devices?
No. The service focuses on setup, learning and everyday troubleshooting, rather than physical phone or computer repairs.
How do booked prices and extra time work?
When agreed ahead of your visit, a 60-minute appointment is $40 CAD, 75 minutes is $50 CAD, 90 minutes is $55 CAD, and two hours is $70 CAD. Extra time beyond your booked session is $15 CAD per 15 minutes, agreed with you first. For example, a booked 75-minute visit is $50 CAD; a booked 60-minute visit extended by 15 minutes on the day is $55 CAD. The $10 travel charge applies in the farther service areas shown below.
When do I pay?
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. You can pay by cash or e-transfer; there’s no deposit or advance payment. I’ll confirm the booked price and any travel fee beforehand, and ask for your approval before adding extra time.
When are appointments available?
Visits are by appointment, with times confirmed individually. You can get in touch by phone, text or email. I’ll discuss the issue with you and check whether I can help before confirming an appointment.
Where do you offer home visits?
Travel is included for Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, View Royal and Esquimalt. Central Saanich, Colwood, Langford, Sidney, North Saanich and Metchosin have a flat $10 CAD travel fee per visit. Highlands and Sooke are outside the current service area. The interactive map above shows coverage, and I’ll confirm your address before confirming your appointment.
